Until the mismatch starts costing you money
The math changes once the gap stops being a minor annoyance and turns into a daily source of friction. A booking system that can't tell the difference between a half-day charter and a full-day private one. A retail point-of-sale built for a mainland chain that has no idea what a duty-free storefront looks like. A billing module that assumes an insurance mix your patients simply don't have. At some point you're not tolerating imperfect software anymore. You're losing hours every week working around it, or turning away business the software just can't represent.
